Dear MCA Community:

In light of the global novel COVID-19 pandemic and taking into consideration the recent confirmed cases in Washtenaw County, the MCA Executive Committee (EC) including both Imams and in conjunction with MCA Health Committee have voted unanimously to suspend the Friday Khutbah (Jumu’a) and the five daily congregational prayers temporarily until further notice by EC, with the primary objective to protect the health of the community, its members, and neighbors. This motion will take effect immediately.
This was not an easy decision to make. It was made after extensive deliberation among EC members, imams and health committee members to safeguard the community. We ask Allah SWT for His  forgiveness and protection from this pandemic and its harmful consequences.

If you have any needs or questions, please contact the office manager by phone or email. In-person meeting with the imams or office manager is only by appointment.
