In order to spend the night at the masjid, you may submit the following form online or at the MCA office. Please make sure that all stay requests are submitted at least 24 hours before the time of stay at the masjid. If you wish to submit the form online, please fill the form, sign and scan and then submit it. Only completed application forms will be accepted.
